Nepal Telecom is planning to introduce Nepali social networking sites within the first week of March. However, Nepal Telecom has been yet to name its site. Even though the social network was previously named “Chautari”, it decided to find some other name which can help promote its brand.
The following features will be embedded in upcoming social networking sites from NTC:
1. All facilities of Facebook and twitter like: chatting, sharing pictures or videos, writing status, comments etc.
2. Includes features of Skype and Viber or mainly voice messaging and many others.
Nepal Telecom has invested around Nepali Rs.900 million so far to construct the social network site.
